At Replete Labs, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. This Shipping & Return Policy outlines our practices for shipping, handling, and returns for both our retail clients (end consumers) and affiliate partners (wholesale accounts).
Shipping and Handling
For Our Valued Retail Customers:
- We offer free shipping on all retail orders within Canada, with no minimum purchase required. Shop with confidence knowing that delivery is on us, regardless of the size of your order.
For Our Affiliate Partners:
- Affiliates, including Retail and Professional Partners, are eligible for free shipping on Canadian orders of $300 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
- For orders below the $300 threshold, standard shipping rates will apply. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and order size, and will be displayed at checkout.
International Orders:
- For international orders, standard shipping rates will apply, ensuring that your favorite products reach you wherever you are.
Order Processing and Delivery:
- We aim to process and package your order within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days within Canada, depending on your location and other factors such as weather, holidays, or courier delays.
- Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the security of the package transfers to you. Replete Labs is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Returns and Refund Policy
General Policy:
- At Replete Labs, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. To maintain the highest quality standards, we do not accept returns on products once they have left our warehouse, except in cases of Adverse Reactions or Damaged Products. This policy helps ensure that we maintain the highest standards of safety and quality for all our customers.
Consumer Adverse Reaction Return Policy:
- If you experience an adverse reaction to one of our products, please contact us at clientcare@repletelabs.com to obtain an Adverse Reaction Reporting Form. We’ll guide you through the next steps, including how to receive a refund if applicable. To qualify for a refund, the product must not be expired and must be kept until your refund is processed.
Damaged Products:
- If your order arrives damaged, please report the incident within 2 business days by emailing clientcare@repletelabs.com with photos of the damage. We are committed to resolving the issue to your satisfaction, which may include a replacement or a refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- In the event that a package is marked as lost and not delivered by the carrier, we are committed to replacing or refunding your order. However, once a package is marked as delivered to the correct address by the carrier, the responsibility shifts to you to ensure the security of the package. Unfortunately, Replete Labs cannot be held liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
