Affiliate Partner Terms and Conditions

In addition to the General Terms and Conditions, the following specific terms apply to our affiliate partners, including Retail and Professional Partners ("Affiliates").

1. Definition of Affiliates
Affiliates include Retail Partners (e.g., health food retailers, pharmacies, health and wellness establishments) and Professional Partners (e.g., naturopaths, pharmacists, integrative medical clinics, and other healthcare professionals).

2. Account Requirements
Affiliates must provide valid business credentials, such as a business license or professional certification, to qualify for an account. Replete Labs reserves the right to approve or deny affiliate account applications at its discretion without obligation to provide reasoning.

3. Pricing and Shipping for Affiliates

  • Affiliates are eligible for discounted pricing on orders meeting a minimum value of $300 (before taxes and after discounts) to qualify for free shipping within Canada.
  • For orders below this threshold, standard shipping rates will apply as outlined in our Shipping & Return Policy. Affiliates are encouraged to review this policy for detailed shipping information.

4. Restrictions on Reselling
Affiliates may not resell Replete Labs products on third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or similar marketplaces without obtaining explicit written permission from Replete Labs. Affiliates are permitted to list products on their own business websites, provided prior consent is obtained from Replete Labs.

5. Pricing and Marketing Practices
Affiliates are encouraged to follow Replete Labs' suggested pricing guidelines when advertising or selling our products. Consistent and transparent pricing practices help maintain brand integrity and market consistency. Affiliates are expected to comply with applicable laws and regulations in their marketing activities and must use only approved health claims as stated on Replete Labs' product labels and in line with Health Canada’s NNHPD guidelines.

6. Returns, Damaged Products, and Adverse Reactions
Affiliates must report any discrepancies, damaged products, or adverse reactions within 5 business days of discovery. For further details, please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy or contact clientcare@repletelabs.com.

7. Expired Product Credit Policy
Affiliates may request credit for products that are expired or have less than 90 days remaining until expiration. Requests should be submitted to returns@repletelabs.com with a detailed list and photographs showing the expiry dates and lot numbers of the products.
