THE SLUDGE™ is a bulk-forming laxative that provides gentle relief of constipation and / or irregularity and promotes bowel movements. It is a proprietary, Health Canada Approved and trademarked product specific to gut health.

The name originates from having customers affectionately refer to the mixture as “the sludge“ when it is added to water.

THE SLUDGE™ is a fiber supplement designed to support gut health. This proprietary blend features psyllium in combination with synergistic components that target gut health: MCT oil with caprylic and caproic acids, acacia fiber and diatomaceous earth.

Having adequate fiber intake along with adequate fluid intake daily can promote consistent bowel movements and help prevent constipation and irregularity.

THE SLUDGE™ is suitable for gluten-free diets.

• Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or if laxative effect does not occur within seven days.
• Consult a health care practitioner immediately if you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product.
• Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever (as these could be signs of other serious conditions).
• Do not use this product if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or failure to defecate following the use of another laxative product.
• Do not use this product if you have diabetes mellitus in which blood sugar is difficult to regulate.
• Do not use this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
• KNOWN ADVERSE REACTIONS: May cause temporary gas and/or bloating. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Store at room temperature tightly closed to protect from humidity.
• Filled by weight, not volume and may settle.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Medicinal ingredients: Each scoop contains: Psyllium 2.5 g (plantago ovata husk powder).

Non-Medicinal ingredients: Medium chain triglycerides, gum arabic, silicon dioxide, flux-calcined diatomaceous earth.
